AI can do the routine work. People make the calls.
Most of a pricing, supply chain or reporting team's week is repeatable: gathering rates, checking positions, refreshing reports, writing the commentary. AI and automation can now take much of that on. Every YieldLine service works without it. Where it clearly pays back we'll propose it as an option, and you decide.
Illustrative. What applies in your business is sized task by task, not assumed, and all of it runs in your own systems.
Advisers and builders, not a software vendor
We don't have an AI product to sell you, which keeps the advice honest. This is what we do and where others come in.
It runs in your systems
We don't sell, host or license software. What we set up runs in the tools and environment you already have, or one we help you choose, and it belongs to you.
Right-sized builds
Smaller models, automations and AI workflows we build ourselves. Larger models and engines are built by your IT team or a specialist vendor. There we act as designer and product owner: we write the design, set the guardrails and see the delivery through.
People stay accountable
Every AI-assisted decision runs inside limits you set, leaves an audit trail and has a named person who approves it.

AI & automation review
We map your team's recurring tasks one by one and size what can be automated, what can be AI-assisted and what should stay with people. You get the hours and cost at stake, the order to tackle it in and, where the data allows, one small working automation to prove it.
Automating since before AI
Our team took 90–95% of the time out of reporting with tools we built ourselves, and put RPA and a dynamic rate engine into live pricing operations as business owner, working with IT and specialist vendors. AI extends that to work that used to need judgement.
We use it ourselves
With your agreement, AI helps us with data preparation, first-pass analysis, code and documentation, checked by the senior person leading the work. Prefer no AI on your engagement? Say so and we won't use it.
AI, plainly
Do we have to use AI?
No. Every service we offer works without it. We'll propose AI or automation only where it clearly pays back, and the decision is yours.
Will AI replace our pricing or analytics team?
It changes what the team spends its time on. Much of the routine work, such as gathering rates, refreshing reports and writing commentary, can now be automated or AI-assisted. Judgement, accountability and stakeholder work stay with people. We size this task by task before recommending anything, and you decide what to do with the time it frees.
Do you sell or host AI software?
No. We're not a software provider, and there's no licence or subscription. What we build runs in your environment and belongs to you. Larger models and engines are built by your IT team or a vendor you choose, with us as designer and product owner.
How is our data protected when AI is used?
AI tools only touch your data with your written agreement, and only tools that don't train on it. Wherever possible the work happens inside your own environment.
