Pricing at the core, with the analytics around it

Three practice areas, delivered by people who have done this work inside global businesses. Take one on its own or combine them. A pricing engine is only as good as the forecast and the data underneath it.

01 · Core practice

Pricing & revenue management

This is where most of the money is. We look at how prices are set today, where margin leaks, and what it would take to price faster and more precisely.

Pricing diagnostic

Rate setting, margins, discounting, channel mix and competitor position. Every leak is sized, ranked and paired with the change that fixes it.

Dynamic pricing & yield management

Rules-driven or model-driven pricing engines: elasticity, data feeds, guardrails, override rules, and the monitoring that tells you it's working.

Fees, spreads & price tiers

FX spreads and fees, price tiers and packaging, set so that volume and partner business doesn't quietly give margin away.

Pricing operations & automation

RPA and scripted workflows that take manual work out of rate setting, cut errors and free analysts for analysis.

Business cases & deal support

NPV and IRR business cases for pricing and commercial changes, partner and wholesale deal pricing, and valuation support for acquisitions and investment decisions.

Typical outcomes More margin on existing volume · faster rate changes · fewer manual overrides

02 · Quantitative

Supply chain, forecasting & working capital

Led by a PhD-qualified quantitative specialist who ran the global FX supply chain, inventory and analytics for a multinational currency business, after starting out in market trading.

FX supply chain analysis & optimisation

How currency moves through your network, from wholesale suppliers and central vaults to branches, ATMs and partners. We find where it sits idle, costs too much to move, or runs out.

Working capital optimisation

Cash and stock tied up across the network, sized against the service level you need. We show how much can be released without more stock-outs, and set the rules that keep it released.

Demand forecasting

Statistical and machine-learning forecasts by product, currency, location and channel, with honest error ranges and a process your team can run.

Forecasting process

Planning and forecasting processes that are accurate, quick to run and trusted by the board.

Inventory & replenishment

Stock levels, order sizing and timing, and logistics cost, tuned together rather than one at a time.

Quantitative & market modelling

Price elasticity, simulation, scenario and optimisation models, plus rate and exposure analytics for businesses whose margin moves with the markets.

Typical outcomes Working capital released · lower logistics cost · fewer stock-outs

03 · Data & AI

Revenue analytics, BI & AI

Led by an analytics executive who has built and run teams of up to 16 across data engineering, analytics engineering and BI, in banking, travel, technology and education.

Revenue MI & performance reporting

KPI frameworks and dashboards the executive team actually uses, with self-serve reporting in Tableau, Power BI or Looker.

Data platform & cost

Modern data stack design and clean-up (Snowflake, Redshift, dbt, Fivetran). Fewer dashboards that people trust more, at lower platform cost.

Predictive analytics

Churn and retention models, customer health scores, segmentation and benchmarking that commercial teams can act on.

Practical AI & automation

AI and automation that remove manual data gathering and reporting, applied where the payback is clear rather than everywhere at once.

Value tracking

An agreed baseline, then measurement of what each change earned in EBITDA. It's also what makes results-based fees possible.

Typical outcomes One version of the numbers · lower data costs · a clear line from each change to EBITDA

How to engage

Three ways to work with us

Every practice area is available in any of these forms. Most clients start with a diagnostic and decide what comes next once the numbers are on the table.

Fixed fee · 4–6 weeks

Diagnostic

A focused look at pricing, forecasting or reporting. You get a ranked list of changes with expected impact, effort and risk against each, plus a first set you can put live immediately.

Project · 3–6 months

Design & build

The pricing engine, forecast model, dashboards or data pipeline, built on your systems, documented, and handed to a team that knows how to run it.

Retainer · ongoing

Fractional leadership

A fractional Head of Pricing, Head of Analytics or Head of Data Science for a few days a month. They set strategy and governance, coach your analysts and hire with you.

Diagnostics are fixed fee. Projects are priced by milestone, and fractional roles by days per month. Where the baseline is clear, part of the fee can be tied to the measured result.
