Short version: we collect what you send us in the enquiry form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't do anything else with it.
Who we are
Yieldline Advisory is a pricing and revenue advisory practice. For the purposes of data protection law, Yieldline Advisory is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. You can reach us at hello@yieldlineadvisory.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, work email, role, sector, the type of help you're after, and your message. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics profiling or tracking pixels on this site.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
We use your details for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss and deliver work for you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and — where an engagement follows — performance of a contract with you.
Who sees it
Our form submissions are processed by a third-party form provider and delivered to our email. Beyond that provider and our email host, we do not share your details with anyone. We never sell data, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead anywhere are deleted within twelve months. Where an engagement follows, we keep records for as long as we need them for the work and for any legal or tax obligation that applies afterwards.
Client data during engagements
Commercial data you share with us during a project is governed by the NDA and engagement letter we sign with you, not by this notice. As a rule we keep client data in your systems where we can, hold any extracts encrypted, and delete them at the end of the engagement.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@yieldlineadvisory.com and we'll deal with it within a month. If you're in the EU or UK and you're not satisfied with how we've handled a request, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
